Under the direction of Maree White, former principal ballerina and internationally recognised ballet educator, Danceworks Sydney enters a new chapter with a clear focus on excellence, artistry and purposeful training.

With more than 20 years of professional performance experience across Europe, Australia and New Zealand, Maree brings extensive industry knowledge and a deep understanding of what it takes to develop a successful and sustainable career in dance.

From young dancers taking their first steps to dedicated students pursuing professional pathways, our programs are designed to build strong technique, artistry, musicality, discipline and confidence in a positive and nurturing environment.

Our Programs

Full-Time Pre-Professional Ballet
Elite, focused training for dedicated young dancers aspiring to pursue a professional career in ballet.

Our Full-Time Program provides comprehensive pre-professional ballet training for dancers with the commitment, focus and potential to pursue a career in dance. Students receive individualised training in classical ballet, pointe, repertoire, contemporary and more, within a highly focused and nurturing environment.

Part-Time Ballet
From Tiny-tots to Teenagers!

We offer high-quality dance training for students looking to explore and develop their love of dance in a nurturing and encouraging environment.

Students have the opportunity to train in classical ballet, contemporary, jazz, lyrical and more, developing their technique, artistry, musicality and confidence with the support of our dedicated and experienced teachers. Whether dancing for enjoyment or aspiring to take their training further, we encourage every student to discover their potential and enjoy the journey.

Adult Ballet
Quality ballet training for adults of all ages and experience levels.

Whether returning to ballet, continuing your training or discovering it for the first time, our adult classes offer expert guidance, quality technique and the joy of dancing in a welcoming environment. For adults looking to take their training further, Danceworks Sydney offers RAD Vocational level examination training for adults, from Intermediate Foundation through to Advanced 2.
