Payment of classes:
Is via the Timetable Page of the website. Click on “Book Your Classes Here”. You will be redirected to Mind Body Online. It is recommended to book in using a computer rather than the App.
If you'd like to enrol in a Term based class mid or part way through the term you will be charged pro-rata rate. For example you enrol in week 3 you only be charged for 7 weeks, not for the entire term.
If you miss a class during the term you can email to request to make the lesson up during that term. Missed classes cannot be credited to any other term except in extenuating circumstances such as injury, with a Doctors Certificate.
Missed Private Lessons - if you are booked in for regular private lessons and cannot make a lesson we will do our best to find someone else to take your spot, however if we are unable to find someone you will forfeit the lesson cost.
Refunds are not accepted except in extenuating circumstances including injury and illness.
